How is the Business Plan and Budget developed?
The Business Plan and Budget is an important part of Council’s overall planning and is developed with reference to Council’s Strategic Plan, Long Term Financial Plan and Asset Management Plans and suggestions from the community (which were invited during March 2017).
It defines our objectives for the year and is a statement of the intended projects and activities for the financial year.
What happens to my feedback / comments?
All community comments received in relation to the Draft Annual Business Plan and Draft Budget are given consideration by the Council prior to adoption of the Annual Business Plan and Budget.
Members of the public who wish to address Council or ask questions about the Draft Business Plan and Budget are invited to attend the Special Council meeting being held at DeGaris Place, Naracoorte on Tuesday, 13 June 2017 at 7 pm.
