PROPOSED EXCLUSION OF CLASSIFICATION OF LAND AS COMMUNITY LAND JANZ STREET RESERVE + GUERNSEY STREET RESERVE

Consultation has concluded

Naracoorte Lucindale Council present this consultation to the community on the proposal to exclude two parcels of land from the classification of Community Land:

1. LT 159 D4619 Hundred Naracoorte CT Volume 2077 Folio 92 – LT 159 Janz Street Naracoorte

2. LT 225 D6932 Hundred Naracoorte CT Volume 2724 Folio 76 – LT 225 Guernsey Street Naracoorte.

This process may result in the sale of land and therefore consultation is undertaken in accordance with sections 193(2) of the Local Government Act 1999 and Council’s Public Consultation and Community Engagement Policy.

Council staff will submit the proposal and consultation report to Council for consideration at the Ordinary Meeting of Council of 27 April 2021.

Council will then consider the community voice in determining an outcome, however the final decision rests with the Elected Members of Council.
