Naracoorte Lucindale Council has endorsed its Communication and Engagement Strategy 2021-2026.

For the next five years, the Strategy sets out Council’s commitment to clear and transparent communication with internal and external audiences as well as establishing a foundation in the way in which Council engages with the community and other stakeholders by:

  • Increasing community awareness
  • Maximising community engagement
  • Promoting the brand and reputation of Council
  • Making best use of resources and tools available to Council
  • Providing consistency across communications
  • Supporting effective internal communications

The Communication and Engagement Strategy (and the 'Easy Read' version of the Strategy) can be viewed in the documents library on this page or hard copies are available on request from the Council Office at DeGaris Place, Naracoorte.
