Arts and Culture Poll 2020.

Consultation has concluded

Background:

The council has a strong commitment to developing art and culture offerings in tune with the desires of the community.
To do this effectively we need you the community to tell us what types of art, culture and activities you are interested in.
Additionally we ask the artists of the community to identify themselves. This information will allow local artists to benefit from new and exciting opportunities. Community input is needed if planned events are to find a strong local audience.

Great, so how can I help you ask?

You can help us by completing a simple online poll. This poll is designed to be engaging and completed in 5 minutes or less. Registration is not required. An account or password are not required. No collection of your personal data will occur unless you wish to remain in contact about upcoming events and opportunities. You can also assist by sharing the existence of this poll to your social networks.

Prefer to respond via phone?
If so, then the option exists to call Council on (08) 8760 1100 on a Wednesday or Thursday. You may then complete the poll over the phone.

An online forum has been created. Here you may ask questions and share your ideas about art and culture with the council.

What is the history behind this initiative?

The Community Art Framework was developed in consultation with the community. This plan may be downloaded from the documents panel to the right. This plan identifies the cultivation of art outcomes and opportunities as important to this community. The 2020 Cultural Poll is an essential step to turn that aspiration into a reality. We cannot do it with out your help.

Thanks in advance for your precious time.
